1. Prepare accurate financial forecasts for the Van Cleef & Arpels corporate teams in the Americas, focusing on Capex expenditures and staff costs.
2. Contribute to budget and LE planning cycles, ensuring precise system uploads in Gemini and Anaplan.
3. Implement analytical tools and processes to monitor expense trends and generate monthly reports for Store Planning and HR departments.
4. Provide recommendations and strategic guidance to achieve financial targets, manage costs, and identify synergy and efficiency opportunities.
5. Deliver clear and precise financial analyses for budget owners, including Capex and variance analysis, and staff costs reconciliation.
6. Prepare comprehensive business review packages for both headquarters and local budget owners within the Maison.
7. Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate submission of accruals and provisions during monthly and year-end close processes.
8. Ensure compliance with HQ reporting requirements and accounting policies, and provide documentation for PwC audits.
9. Maintain the integrity of the Investment Management System and manage Capex IO and new boutique project code creation.
10. Coordinate requests from local, regional, and Group levels, collaborating with Finance and Corporate teams.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the retail industry.
3. Strong foundational knowledge of accounting, finance, and operations principles.
4. Proven ability to work across all organizational levels and foster cross-departmental relationships.
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and proactively identify solutions.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
8. Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of reporting and processes.
9. Experience with luxury consumer products is desired.
10. Familiarity with SAP and BI reporting systems (Power BI, Anaplan, SAC) is a plus.
11. Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

Expected salary range: $120,000 - $125,000. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
