1. Conduct field coaching in boutiques to enhance sales associates' selling skills and service mindset.
2. Monitor client feedback to evaluate sales associates' performance and provide qualitative feedback to Retail and Boutique Managers.
3. Support the development of sales associates by providing coaching, feedback, and training on key selling ceremonies such as 'Le Ballet Précieux'.
4. Ensure the implementation and follow-up of the Maison's key training courses for boutique staff based on their level of knowledge and occasion.

1. Extensive experience as a field coach, trainer, or in a similar role within the luxury sector.

1. Proficiency in role-playing activities and providing constructive feedback.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Positive and reliable attitude.

Broad experience in a field coaching or training role within the luxury industry is required.
