1. Manage digital projects, including website content updates and new version launches, under the guidance of the Senior Digital Project Manager.
2. Conduct cross-functional projects by gathering requirements, defining timelines, supporting design and functionality, coordinating internally, managing translations, and overseeing CMS contributions.
3. Enhance or establish new website sections such as Care & Services, Care Advisor, and My Account.
4. Collaborate with market teams to ensure effective project management for new version deployments or market launches, including content and language adaptations.
5. Oversee content integration and maintenance within the CMS, establish briefs with partner agencies, report and track bug fixes and optimizations with the Digital Services team and technical agency, and ensure adherence to website update schedules.
6. Coordinate market-specific requests for local activations, such as the deployment of new services, and monitor their implementation on respective site versions.
7. Support the creation and production of client content for the website, including proofreading, text adaptation, translations, and agency briefings.
