1. Assist the Communications Project Manager in daily tasks across various areas.
2. Participate in organizing press events and exhibition openings, including managing guest lists, sending invitations, and drafting event briefs and reports.
3. Support press relations by coordinating with the press agency and internal press officers, managing interview arrangements, and handling visual asset distribution.
4. Maintain weekly tracking of press coverage.
5. Assist in preparing newsletters, including briefing with the CRM team and updating distribution statistics.
6. Aid in planning photo and video shoots, managing image and video libraries, and overseeing the physical stock of communication materials.
7. Contribute to various communication projects as needed, such as brochure creation.
