1. Lead and manage the Color Stones division within the High Jewelry, Objects, and Watchmaking sectors.
2. Collaborate closely with the O&M direction to ensure the Maison's growth and uphold its core values of excellence, empathy, curiosity, creativity, ambition, and knowledge transfer.
3. Participate in defining business strategies for the division and oversee their implementation.
4. Ensure the quality and efficiency of project management for high jewelry, objects, and watchmaking involving stones.
5. Develop and monitor activity management tools.
6. Lead or contribute to various cross-functional projects, ensuring effective collaboration with other departments.
7. Build and maintain trustful relationships with internal clients and suppliers.
8. Ensure team members' skill development and motivation, supporting their professional growth while achieving expected results.

1. Significant experience in the field of colored stones or High Jewelry (merchant, auctions, jewelry/High Jewelry house).
2. Experience in management.
