Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound communications including calls, emails, and social media messages, ensuring a professional and engaging client interaction.
  • Process orders initiated via phone, requiring precise data entry into the Customer Relations Center systems.
  • Exhibit strong selling and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed the Maison's targets.
  • Serve as a role model in executing the Maison's selling ceremony.
  • Develop and maintain personal client portfolios to ensure loyalty and long-term relationships.
  • Acquire and apply new product knowledge to act as an expert for the Maison.
  • Monitor client satisfaction KPIs and respond to client feedback.
  • Convey the Maison's products, history, and events through effective storytelling.
  • Understand and apply the Maison's e-Retail procedures including selling, customer service, returns, and exchanges.
  • Act as a reference for High Jewellery, Jewellery, and Watchmaking expertise.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal networks to offer a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Background in client support, hospitality, or luxury retail.
  • Strong understanding of client services and luxury retail solutions.
  • Commercially driven with a sales-oriented mindset.

Skills

Proficient communication skills in German and English. Advanced computer literacy and keyboarding skills (minimum 50 wpm). Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment. Eagerness to learn new competencies and knowledge.

Experience

Previous experience in high jewellery or luxury retail is advantageous, along with a strong client profile base.

Workplace

This position is based in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.

Compensation

Competitive salary including a 13th month, bonus, commission, and full reimbursement of travel costs.
