- Actively oversee production line monitoring and contribute to the development of objectives.
- Participate in the financial development and monitoring of investment requests, including dossier preparation, justification, and post-acquisition analysis.
- Calculate standard cost prices and measure detailed industrial variances.
- Ensure internal control, compliance with standards, and continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain for inventory processes, including precious metals tracking, reconciliations, material balance, and production order monitoring.
- Engage in financial closings and KPI tracking, including P&L, stock, Capex, and cash flow.
- Propose and act on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial financial control.
- Excellent ERP knowledge.
- Experience in precious metals management is advantageous.
- Fluency in French with at least B1 level proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with department heads.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and adept in project management and communication.
A minimum of 5 years in industrial financial control is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or equivalent.
