- Support the Public Relations team with press releases, proofreading PR materials, and articles.
- Manage relationships with the media agency, including clipping and maintaining the media archive.
- Assist the Client Relation Center with coordinating collateral and gifts for customers.
- Coordinate with the CRM and Retail teams to support VIP client treatment planning.
- Assist with event planning and management, including preparation of event materials.
- Support store design and Visual Merchandising Documentation (VMD) with design documentation and material preparation.
- Provide support to retail, training teams, and boutiques with tools and equipment.
- Perform administrative duties such as vendor registration, invoice processing, and shipping supplies.
- Assist the marketing team in preparing reports for headquarters.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in general PC applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently.
- Strong office work capabilities with a detail-oriented and multitasking aptitude.
Experience in a similar marketing or administrative role within the luxury sector is preferred.
