- Oversee the comprehensive management of the boutique, ensuring seamless operations both front and back office.
- Maintain the boutique's pristine condition and uphold brand standards.

- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and gross margin objectives.
- Monitor and control discounts to optimize profitability.

- Expand and manage the customer database to drive sales and retention.

- Initiate and execute promotional activities in collaboration with the PR & Communications Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the luxury retail industry.
