7. Represent the brand's identity and values as a Maison ambassador.
8. Design the optimum organization, recruit suitable profiles, and ensure a proactive talent pipeline.
9. Coach, train, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve exceptional performance.

1. 4+ years of experience in retail management, preferably with high watchmaking or high-value luxury products.
2. Proven track record of driving boutique performance from qualitative, quantitative, and operational perspectives.
3. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities, with a clienteling and ultimate hospitality mindset.

1. Self-starter with a team-player approach.
2. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of the local market, with familiarity with Harrods as a plus.
4. Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus.

4+ years of experience in retail management, preferably with high watchmaking or high-value luxury products.
