4. Monitor local business environment and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
5. Drive and oversee CRM and clienteling initiatives in collaboration with boutique and regional teams.
6. Foster individual client relationships and expand the VVIP client database.
7. Inspire and manage a cohesive team, driving performance to exceed KPIs.
8. Recruit suitable profiles and manage talent pipeline within the boutique.
9. Identify training needs and execute development plans for team members.
10. Represent the brand with professionalism and act as a Maison ambassador.
11. Ensure boutique operations comply with brand and group policies.
