1. Develop and execute strategies to enhance the brand's reputation and desirability through networking and client events.
2. Cultivate relationships with Harrods' Personal Shopping and Penthouse teams to drive sales and traffic.
3. Initiate and manage boutique events and partnerships to boost business performance.
4. Lead CRM and clienteling initiatives, building and maintaining a VVIP client database.
5. Achieve sales targets and ensure the implementation of action plans aligned with brand objectives.
6. Monitor boutique performance, providing insights and reports to drive business growth.
7. Uphold brand identity and act as an ambassador for Vacheron Constantin within the retail community.
8. Manage boutique operations in compliance with brand and group policies.
9. Design and implement team management strategies, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
10. Foster a cohesive team spirit and drive engagement through effective leadership and communication.

1. Minimum of 4 years experience in retail management, preferably in high watchmaking or luxury products.
2. Proven track record in driving boutique performance across qualitative, quantitative, and operational metrics.
3. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

1. Clienteling and hospitality mindset with a focus on customer service.
2. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
3. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus.

A minimum of 4 years in retail management, with a preference for experience in high-value luxury products or high watchmaking.
