1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the growth of the watch category in North America and LATAM, aligning with overarching business objectives.
2. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue.
3. Monitor and manage sales of High Jewelry Watches and core watch collections, ensuring alignment with invoicing schedules.
4. Deliver comprehensive training to sales teams on watch product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand history.
5. Maintain an expert-level understanding of the watch collection, including technical specifications and design elements.
6. Present the watch collection to clients, articulating the brand's heritage and craftsmanship.
7. Support market events or activations to promote the watch collection and generate sales.
8. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client advisors.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the watch industry, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
3. Extensive knowledge of watches and jewelry, including technical specifications and market trends.
4. Exceptional sales and presentation skills.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Business Object Reporting software.
3. Fluency in Spanish preferred.
4. Passion for watches and commitment to exceptional service.

Minimum of 8 years in the watch industry with a focus on sales and business development.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

The hiring range for this position is $111,350 - $170,000, with eligibility for a management bonus.
