1. Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly retail sales reports.
2. Review assortments and recommend updates to enhance store productivity and growth.
3. Monitor trends and collaborate with Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.
4. Lead performance analyses to guide the development of store, collection, and category strategies.
5. Analyze data to drive sales and optimize inventory.
6. Collaborate with Merchandising leaders to support strategic initiatives.
7. Develop presentations to communicate analytical findings effectively.
8. Provide ad hoc analytical support and manage special projects.
9. Oversee daily stock movements and rebalance needs.
10. Execute caravans, selling events, and innovative concepts to enhance client loyalty and recruitment.
11. Negotiate category assortments and forecasts with the New York head-office product team.
12. Support the creation of comprehensive action plans for new launches and broader category goals.
13. Identify new business opportunities through sales analysis, retail feedback, and competitive research.

The salary range for this position is between $77,000 and $90,000, depending on experience.
