1. Lead and develop a high-performing team to exceed sales plans and profitability targets.
2. Craft and maintain an exceptional client portfolio, enhancing the Tiffany client experience.
3. Support daily store operations and ensure operational excellence.
4. Deliver and execute on the Annual Net Sales plan while meeting budgetary requirements.
5. Analyze business needs and provide insights to drive growth.
6. Execute retail excellence standards and optimize product assortment and presentation.
7. Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure brand recognition and market penetration.
8. Manage staff costs and headcount within budget.
9. Recruit, develop, and maintain a talent pipeline.
10. Ensure compliance with store operations, health and safety, and internal control procedures.

1. Minimum 10 years of management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant customer-related field.
2. Proven track record in managing store operations and achieving profitability.
3. Experience in building and growing high-performing teams.
