1. Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
2. Cultivate a climate of service excellence, partnering with the Market Vice President to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
3. Embody LVMH values by fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and excellence in all endeavors.
4. Build spheres of influence within the store, mall, and city.
5. Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive lifetime loyalty.
6. Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
7. Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
8. Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
9. Lead and coach the team based on NPS scores to enhance the Tiffany Experience.
10. Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and talented team, fostering an inclusive environment.
11. Assess capabilities and build development plans to grow talent and assist career growth.
12. Provide qualitative feedback and utilize performance management processes to enhance team engagement.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales goals.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.

The hiring range for this position is $161,500 - $228,000. Compensation is dependent on relevant skills and experience, with eligibility for bonuses and sales incentives.

Retail management positions are eligible for bonus and sales incentives.
