1. Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
2. Cultivate a climate of service excellence and deliver extraordinary client experiences in collaboration with the Market Vice President.
3. Foster an entrepreneurial spirit and embody the LVMH values of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
4. Build and maintain spheres of influence within the store, mall, and city.
5. Enhance client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive lifetime loyalty.
6. Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
7. Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
8. Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
9. Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor.
10. Hire and develop a winning team, prioritizing diversity and inclusive environments.
11. Provide qualitative feedback and utilize performance management processes to improve team engagement.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 7-10 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail sectors, with a proven track record in sales generation and client relationship management.

The hiring range for this position is $123,250 - $174,000, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
