1. Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to exceed sales and profitability targets.
2. Cultivate a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
3. Build spheres of influence within the store, the mall, and the city.
4. Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive loyalty.
5. Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
6. Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
7. Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
8. Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor.
9. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
10. Elevate and hire talent to ensure a best-in-class service and selling organization.
11. Prioritize diversity and cultivate inclusive environments.
12. Build robust development plans to grow talent at all levels.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
