- Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable client interactions and setting a benchmark for Client Advisors.

- Develop and maintain high standards of brand and product knowledge, with a focus on Diamond Expertise and High Jewelry Sales.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist management in daily operations and coordinate team efforts to enhance performance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Exceptional client engagement and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and data cultivation.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury jewelry products, particularly diamonds and high jewelry.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and manage client concerns effectively.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
