1. Lead and develop the security team to support the Global Protection Department's mission.
2. Ensure adherence to Global Protection Standards, focusing on security culture drivers such as MPS and employee awareness training.
3. Collaborate with Operations and Regional Security to identify and implement shrink reduction strategies.
4. Optimize security schedules to ensure coverage during peak hours and events.
5. Oversee the local Emergency Action Plan and act as the point person during emergencies.
6. Maintain an external network of contacts for enhanced branch security information.
7. Ensure all physical security systems are maintained and functional, including CCTV and alarms.
8. Conduct vulnerability evaluations as directed by the Regional Security Manager.
9. Manage the security team to support store operations and achieve sales and service targets.
10. Develop and execute a Talent Action Plan for each security employee.
11. Oversee security for client events, ensuring safety and successful execution.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security management role.
2. Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
3. Experience in managing security operations in a retail environment.

The hiring range for this position is $70,795-$96,025, dependent on skills and experience.
