1. Deliver training programs to support business needs, including new hire orientation, new store openings, and product launches.
2. Adapt and localize global training materials to suit the retail environment in China.
3. Develop and deliver professional training programs such as Gemstones and Diamond Training.
4. Plan and execute new product launch training in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
5. Translate, distribute, and ensure the effectiveness of training materials.
6. Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue sourcing and material distribution.
7. Collaborate with HR, Merchandising, and Internal Coach teams to enhance training programs.

1. Minimum of 3 years of corporate training experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree in organizational learning or adult education.
3. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

1. Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
2. Proficiency in business, research, and creative writing.
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office for presentations and reporting.
4. Knowledge of instructional design and computer-based training tools.
5. Excellent organizational skills and initiative.

A minimum of 3 years in corporate training, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor’s degree in organizational learning or adult education.
