8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with MVP, regional teams, and key clients.

1. Minimum of 10 years in luxury or consumer goods business management.
2. Recent experience in business unit or general management.
3. Proven track record in leading and inspiring retail teams to maximize sales and profitability.
4. Strong business and financial acumen.
5. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

The hiring range for this position is $191,250 - $270,000, dependent on experience.
