1. Provide exceptional client service, manage order fulfillment, and oversee inventory management.
2. Ensure all merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
3. Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness, completing tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
4. Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, using reports and systems to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies.
5. Partner with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests for product and service information, repairs, and inventory inquiries.
6. Enhance the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and acting on client feedback.
7. Support sales efforts by deepening client relationships and driving lifetime dedication and spend.
8. Handle internal and external correspondence to generate sales opportunities.

1. Authorization to work in the United States.
2. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

4. Ability to connect with clients and provide outstanding service.
5. Flexibility to perform various tasks based on business needs.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a retail or luxury environment.

A college/university degree is preferred.
