Tiffany & Co. Operations Executive

1. Oversee import and export declarations, ensuring accuracy in duty, customs, and freight provisions.
2. Manage merchandise receipt processes and conduct monthly audits on HTS codes, duty rates, and VAT rates.
3. Monitor and coordinate repair shipments, applying Outward Processing Relief for cost efficiency.
4. Supervise inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requests in collaboration with Store Managers.
5. Guide and support the global cycle count program, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
6. Manage domestic merchandise transfers and maintain inventory accuracy.
7. Oversee warehouse management for non-merchandise items, coordinating replenishment and transportation.
8. Track retail operations expenses against budget and consolidate merchandise for repair services.
9. Support CRM activities, including data management and campaign tracking.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.

1. Proficiency in inventory management systems such as Compass/E1.
2. Strong analytical skills for auditing and variance analysis.
3. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
4. Effective communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

A minimum of 5 years in an operations role within the luxury retail sector, with a focus on inventory and logistics management.
