1. Support operational activities related to resourcing initiatives for jewelry.
2. Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams to manage product samples and approval milestones.
3. Assist in managing business continuity multi-source projects.
4. Send requests for pricing (RFPs) and negotiate pricing for SKU base.
5. Coordinate sign-off processes from initial setup to purchase order creation.
6. Maintain accurate project tracking and product details.
7. Manage product setup and internal meetings.
8. Establish project milestones and develop plans to meet objectives.
9. Support maintenance of project tracking documents and systems.
10. Track and report on negotiated pricing and project statuses.
11. Maintain security of new samples and borrowed merchandise.
12. Conduct product research and maintain artwork files and product imaging.
13. Assist in updating project detail documents and share pricing information with internal teams.
14. Prepare monthly reports for senior management and cross-functional teams.
15. Coordinate agendas and recaps for department-led meetings.
16. Communicate with vendors regarding new product development.

The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00 - $90,600.00, dependent on skills and experience.
