1. Develop and implement assortment strategies for designated product categories to drive sales growth.
2. Monitor sales trends and communicate key insights through regular and ad-hoc business reviews.
3. Conduct market intelligence and competitive research to provide regional and central teams with local insights.
4. Identify new product development opportunities based on category performance and market environment.
5. Participate in defining and implementing local pricing strategies.
6. Lead assortment reviews to maximize sales productivity and inventory efficiency.
7. Coordinate communication on new product launches with cross-functional teams and stores.
8. Drive the implementation of local merchandising strategies in collaboration with regional and central teams.
9. Provide daily support to the store network by responding to product and stock inquiries.
10. Communicate regional trends and issues with central category management and replenishment teams.
11. Partner with local visual merchandising teams to enhance floorplan productivity and support new store openings.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum of 5 years of business experience
3. Strong analytical skills and business acumen
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in English, both oral and written
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
7. Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills
8. Attention to detail and accuracy

A minimum of 5 years of business experience is required, with previous merchandising experience preferred.
