1. Provide senior management with updates on global sales performance, including executive reporting and business commentaries.
2. Deliver LVMH-specific reports such as weekly Maison sales updates and monthly business commentaries.
3. Analyze company-wide forecasts and budgets to assess risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
4. Prepare trend and financial analyses, including standard monthly reports and ad hoc analyses for leadership teams.
5. Manage and develop staff to maximize potential and ensure effective fulfillment of responsibilities.

1. Minimum 6 years of finance experience, preferably in a managerial role within retail Financial Planning & Analysis or other finance functions.
2. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable working with senior management and leadership teams.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
