1. Develop and execute VIC hospitality programs for global events, including planning tours in New York, Japan, and other international locations.
2. Coordinate client hospitality arrangements such as hotel, transportation, and entertainment with NY counterparts and local agencies.
3. Plan and manage high-end client treatment events, including gala dinners and in-store cocktails.
4. Oversee annual VIC engagement and gifting programs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
5. Select and manage client nominations for events and exclusive offerings.
6. Collaborate with the high jewelry team to strategize client engagement and profile management.
7. Manage vendor relationships and control project budgets.
8. Develop collateral for Tiffany Ginza Blue Box Café in collaboration with NY counterparts.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Extensive experience in clienteling and event management.
3. Business-level proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Demonstrated project management skills and ability to multitask.
5. Experience in high-end business or luxury goods preferred.
6. Interest in collateral and gift development.
