Tiffany & Co. Financial Analyst

1. Consolidate and analyze Tiffany Global P&L for monthly actual closings.
2. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and commentary to Senior Management and LVMH.
3. Coordinate with departments and regions to provide insightful analyses to Senior Management.
4. Plan and manage the worldwide budget process, including timeline preparation and financial system setup.
5. Consolidate P&L and track budget versions, providing detailed reports and analyses to Senior Management.
6. Oversee budget reporting in LVMH financial systems and prepare the LVMH reporting package.
7. Collaborate with the Global Financial Systems team to ensure FP&A system reliability and manage necessary upgrades.
8. Conduct ad hoc analyses across divisions and regions, presenting recommendations based on findings.

1. 2-3 years of finance-related experience
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
4. Proven track record of delivering high-quality work
5. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

The hiring range for this position is $101,575 - $130,000, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
