1. Predict market demand in Greater China by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
2. Develop monthly and annual demand plans aligned with the brand’s strategic objectives at both the Greater China and country levels.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide forecasts for new products.
4. Consolidate multi-dimensional data and utilize statistical models to optimize prediction accuracy.
5. Support the supply chain planning team with cross-functional data integration.
6. Coordinate with merchandising, finance, inventory planning, sales, and marketing teams to align on demand changes and adjust forecasts.
7. Monitor luxury industry trends and competitor activities to refine forecasting models and support new product development.
8. Influence inventory planning on safety stock strategies based on demand forecasts.
9. Generate regular demand forecasting and inventory analysis reports to provide data-driven insights.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. 5+ years of experience in luxury or retail demand planning or sales forecasting
3. Fluent in written and spoken English

1. Strong logical and analytical thinking
2. Excellent communication skills across different functions
3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, PBI, and other data analysis tools
4. Team player with a self-driven attitude and acumen for trends and data

A minimum of 5 years in luxury or retail demand planning or sales forecasting is required.
