1. Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary experience through personalized service.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation and demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets and foster a clienteling culture.
4. Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
5. Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
6. Identify innovative strategies to enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
7. Consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
8. Utilize client feedback to elevate the in-store experience and execute best practices.
9. Connect with clients' personal styles to offer tailored fashion advice.

1. Experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-facing role such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

4. Proficiency in multiple languages (desired).

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-facing role.

A college/university degree is desired.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 - $30.02 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.

Eligible for sales commission and other company benefits.
