1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or client-related experience.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base.
3. Passion for luxury retail environments; jewelry/watch expertise is a plus.
4. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Thoughtful and service-oriented with knowledge of luxury etiquette.
6. Experienced in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
7. Digitally-savvy and at ease with omnichannel tools.
8. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
9. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
10. Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or client-related experience such as hospitality.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
