9. Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences.
10. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

2. Strong client relationship-building abilities.
3. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on client development.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages (desired).

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality.

A college/university degree is desired.
