5. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.

8. Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to clients.
9. Demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador behaviors during selling ceremonies.
10. Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences.
11. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
12. Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred.

Range of pay for the role: $18.79-$22.10 per hour.
