1. Oversee the daily operations of the Order Management System (OMS) to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.

4. Monitor system metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making processes.
5. Lead and mentor a team of OMS specialists, providing guidance and support.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing order management systems, preferably in the retail or luxury fashion industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
