1. Lead the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) module implementation and optimization within the Enterprise Solution Center of Excellence (COE).
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing business processes.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of SAP OTC solutions.
4. Provide expert guidance and support to the sales and IT teams regarding SAP OTC functionalities.
