Tapestry Director of Employee Relations

- Lead and manage the Employee Relations team to ensure alignment with company policies and legal standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Oversee complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to design and execute employee relations programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in employee relations or human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
