1. Wostep or other watchmaking school accredited watchmaker or equivalent time-served experience.
2. Professional watchmaking experience, preferably with Swiss or luxury brands.
3. Experience working in a commercial technical department as part of a team.
4. Proven track record of achieving departmental targets.

Minimum of 3 years of professional watchmaking experience, ideally with chronograph movements.

Wostep or other accredited watchmaking school qualification.
