1. Polish and refurbish watch cases and bracelets to the highest possible condition.
2. Master buffering with various compounds, lapping, and thrumming techniques.
3. Disassemble, polish, clean, and reassemble watch cases and bracelets (training provided).
4. Ensure all repair work adheres to brand quality standards.
5. Engrave casebacks (training provided).
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
7. Contribute to the safe operation of the workshop.

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a production or repair polisher, jeweler, or silversmith, with experience in all aspects of metal finishing.
2. Laser engraving experience is a plus.

1. Successful completion of a polishing bench test.
2. Familiarity with watch construction and manual dexterity.
3. Proficiency in applying multiple finishing techniques.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
6. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to operate computer-operated technical equipment (engraving machine).
