1. Oversee the design and drafting of new watch products.
2. Coordinate the resolution of technical issues related to watch casing and enhance departmental processes.
3. Analyze the feasibility of product department requests.
4. Identify technical-aesthetic compromises with Development and Product teams.
5. Design products that meet TAG Heuer's technical, industrial, and aesthetic standards based on specifications.
6. Ensure the robustness and eco-responsibility of products.
7. Introduce innovations in designs, including new concepts, materials, and manufacturing processes.
8. Facilitate information sharing with suppliers and internal departments regarding designs.
9. Justify and document design choices during design reviews and analyze technical risks with stakeholders.
10. Ensure the quality of information stored in systems, particularly technical codification.
11. Lead the resolution of cross-functional technical issues identified by quality assurance, after-sales service, and production.

1. Engineering degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in watch casing design.
3. Technical expertise across all watch ranges (entry, mid, high-end).
4. Proficiency in CAD software Creo and PLM Windchill.
5. Knowledge of machining processes and industrialization constraints.
6. Functional approach to design (chain of dimensions, mastery of assemblies).
7. Ability to balance aesthetic and technical considerations.
8. Fluent in professional English (B2 level).
9. Familiarity with ISO GPS tolerances.
