TAG Heuer Training Manager

- Plan, organize, and execute brand, product, and sales training both in-person and digitally, adhering to TAG Heuer guidelines.
- Develop and continuously enhance modern, innovative training formats in collaboration with various departments and headquarters.
- Design and implement exclusive brand experience formats for internal colleagues and external partners in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.
- Manage communication for the Ambassador Club, including content alignment, activation, and ongoing development.
- Serve as a speaker at retail and brand events, representing TAG Heuer with authenticity and inspiration.
- Organize and conduct onboarding events for new TAG Heuer employees.
- Create high-quality training materials such as factsheets, guidelines, presentations, and other learning resources.
- Conduct structured follow-up, evaluation, and continuous optimization of training measures.
- Track relevant KPIs to measure and optimize training performance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Training Manager, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or retail sectors.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to engage and inspire people.
- Excellent presentation, moderation, and methodological skills.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a structured, independent work approach.
- Conceptual strength, creative ideas, and a keen sense of trends in the luxury segment.
- Passion, creativity, and a 'challenge the status quo' mindset to elevate existing processes, training formats, and brand experiences.
- Interest or knowledge of the watch industry is advantageous.
- Enjoy working in an international, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
