1. Execute a range of watch repair processes to the highest standard, supporting departmental targets.
2. Support the development of the UK aftersales business.
3. Promote the LVMH brand experience by providing outstanding customer service.
4. Perform watch case and bracelet de-casing, cleaning, and re-sealing.
5. Conduct checks and water resistance tests.
6. Troubleshoot and identify worn or defective components.
7. Maintain a high standard of workstation tidiness and organization.
8. Ensure quality control of own work to meet high standards.
9. Operate machinery in accordance with safety procedures.
10. Maintain and clean workshop equipment, adhering to Health and Safety procedures.
