1. Drive sales performance by achieving personal and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Support colleagues and team members in the boutique to enhance overall performance.
3. Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to ensure an exceptional client experience across all touchpoints.
4. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.
5. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA at events and within the boutique.
6. Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for client outreach and appointments.
7. Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize data to personalize client interactions and grow the business.
8. Communicate the brand story and technical details in an inspiring manner to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
9. Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory, cash handling, and security.
10. Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
11. Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
12. Adhere to grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising guidelines.
13. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
14. Ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
3. In-depth knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
4. Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.

1. Proficient selling skills including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, and sales closing.
2. Strong understanding of digital tools and retail procedures.
3. Client-centric mindset with a focus on recruiting new clients and nurturing long-term relationships.

6. Adaptable to changes and able to propose new ideas and solutions.
