- Ensure the visual appearance of stores and points of sale (POS) aligns with brand guidelines through regular visits and reporting.
- Implement visual merchandising (VM) animations and updates across retail and wholesale networks, coordinating with HQ and managing budgets.
- Optimize stock management of VM materials and oversee client gifting strategies.
- Develop and manage annual activation plans and events, collaborating with HQ and local marketing teams.
- Monitor activation results and lead reviews on retail excellence best practices.
- Drive store KPIs and manage CRM activities, supporting boutiques in clientele development.
- Provide retail administrative support, including stock oversight and report preparation.
- Master's degree with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury sector; retail experience preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German and French is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills for effective reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing business needs.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and creative mindset.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role.
Master's degree required.
