1. Develop, implement, maintain, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with Swiss watchmaking industry standards.
2. Manage quality documentation including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
3. Ensure regulatory and normative compliance related to product quality.
4. Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external audits.
5. Monitor and analyze key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement plans.
6. Oversee the reliability laboratory, including UV testing and material analysis.
7. Lead a team of 7 quality professionals.
8. Supervise quality control activities throughout the production process, from raw material receipt to finished product shipment.
9. Ensure product compliance with technical and aesthetic specifications, control plans, and customer requirements.
10. Analyze non-conformities, defects, and customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
11. Conduct risk analyses (FMEA) and develop surveillance plans.
12. Manage measurement and control instruments, including calibration and verification.
13. Collaborate with production, development, methods, and purchasing teams to improve processes, reduce non-quality costs, and optimize customer satisfaction.
14. Participate in the validation of new products and manufacturing processes.
15. Implement problem-solving tools.
16. Train and support teams in quality best practices.
17. Provide technical quality support to clients and suppliers.

1. Degree in Quality Engineering, Advanced Quality Technician, or equivalent education.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in the watchmaking industry.
3. Proficiency in watchmaking standards, quality management tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D), and quality control techniques (metrology, non-destructive testing).
4. Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes used in watchmaking.
5. Familiarity with dimensional measurement instruments and quality management software.
