TAG Heuer Human Resources Coordinator

- Manage the employee lifecycle, including drafting and handling employment contracts, amendments, and other contractual documents.
- Oversee time management, including recording absences, correcting time entries, and conducting monthly work hours tracking.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR administrative matters.
- Execute declarations to social security organizations (AVS, LPP, work permits, etc.) and manage accident and illness declarations.
- Administer and track family allowance-related files.
- Manage and oversee temporary employment contracts.
- CFC commercial employee diploma with HR assistant certificate or federal diploma, or a Bachelor's degree from a business school or equivalent.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen sense of prioritization.
- Discretion and capability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and tact for effective internal and external communication.
- Affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- English language skills are a plus.
A successful initial experience in a similar HR role is required.
