1. Conduct risk analysis and implement corrective measures.
2. Develop and implement accident and occupational illness prevention strategies.
3. Contribute to on-site safety and health audits.
4. Promote and cultivate a safety culture within the teams.
5. Draft, update, and disseminate prevention plans ensuring compliance with standards.
6. Manage the supply and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE).
7. Organize and conduct safety training for new employees.
8. Manage inventories and safety data sheets for hazardous materials.
9. Establish and maintain emergency procedures, including first aid and fire evacuation protocols.
10. Plan and coordinate periodic evacuation drills.
11. Ensure regular inspections of fire suppression systems and other safety devices.
12. Collaborate with Human Resources to monitor incidents and analyze annual safety statistics.
13. Coordinate emergency response measures with HSE representatives during incidents.
14. Oversee safety and security aspects during infrastructure and site development projects.
15. Support the development and implementation of health, safety, and security projects.

1. Federal Certificate of Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health (MSST) or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting.

1. Basic knowledge or experience in mechanics or industrial maintenance.
2. Proficiency in chemical management and safety.
3. Advanced skills in using fire and intrusion detection systems.
4. Proficient in MS Office and general IT tools.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Autonomous, dynamic, and field-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
7. Fluent in French, basic English (A2), and German is an asset.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment, with a strong command of technical and safety processes.

Federal Certificate of Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health (MSST) or equivalent.
