4. Own the client development agenda, setting standards for clienteling and VIC engagement.
5. Collaborate with Boutique Directors/Managers to enhance personalized client outreach and in-store experiences.
6. Review boutique-level client data to identify strategic actions for service and loyalty enhancement.
7. Lead and coach Boutique Directors/Managers and Retail Manager to cultivate a high-performing, client-focused culture.
8. Champion team engagement, development planning, and internal mobility.
9. Partner with Human Resources on succession planning and leadership capability enhancement.
10. Drive key retail initiatives such as STRIVE, dashboards, and clienteling enablement.
11. Lead project execution for store openings, renovations, and in-store innovation pilots.
12. Ensure alignment across functions and boutiques in implementing change effectively.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail, including multi-store and multi-market leadership roles.
2. Strong strategic mindset with a proven track record of driving retail performance and transformation.
