1. Manage the training catalogue and roll-out for the Maison and Group.

3. Animate and lead the community of learners and 'Learning Influencers' to increase engagement.
4. Organize and co-host five international onboarding events, acting as a brand ambassador.
5. Manage the roll-out of various development tools and contribute to innovative learning initiatives.
6. Support the development and dissemination of global communications for Learning & Development initiatives.
7. Manage communication with learners and learning communities through newsletters.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Passion for brand storytelling and content creation.
3. Proven precision, rigor, and attention to detail.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Swiss or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
