TAG Heuer Development Manager

1. Manage project leaders, technical office, and method-industrialization services, overseeing a team of 19 individuals.
2. Define individual and collective objectives, ensuring the development of team members' competencies.
3. Facilitate communication, collaboration, and problem-solving within the team.
4. Ensure effective cross-functional management on projects involving Production, Quality, and Supply Chain.
5. Define development schedules for new products and associated strategies.
6. Create technical and financial proposals in response to client requests.
7. Supervise the creation of technical plans, necessary tooling, and prototype development.
8. Oversee the development of machine programs and manual operating modes.
9. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the development phase, ensuring technical communication and project follow-up.
10. Actively participate in industrial performance by implementing the transformation plan.
11. Apply LEAN Manufacturing standards to optimize processes.
12. Identify and propose initiatives to enhance the robustness of development processes, improving industrial tool efficiency and flexibility.
13. Contribute to continuous improvement in terms of delivery and quality.

1. Engineering degree in mechanics, materials, watchmaking, or equivalent.

1. Confirmed knowledge in watch case process development.
2. Proven team management experience.
3. Understanding of quality standards in the watchmaking industry (ISO 9001, etc.).
4. Budget management experience.
5. Certification in LEAN Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
6. Fluency in technical English (written and spoken).
7. Ability to unite and lead teams.
8. Project management skills, particularly in handling complex projects and meeting deadlines.
9. Rigorous, organized, creative, and innovative.
10. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in product development and industrialization.

Engineering degree in mechanics, materials, watchmaking, or equivalent.
